We have an exciting opportunity for an Application Analyst to join the Software as a Service (SaaS) Team in the Digital and
Transformation Service, you will work on an interesting and diverse application portfolio and gain skills in a variety of technologies and stages of the project lifecycle.
The team is responsible for the development, management, and maintenance of in house developed software solutions, requiring expertise from business analysis to technical delivery. They are also charged with acting as an “intelligent client” with a number third party suppliers.
The solutions use a wide variety of technologies, that span both traditional on premise and cloud platforms. This opportunity will be a role to help DCC with its use of AI, Agents and automation using Azure AI services, Copilot Studio, and custom AI models. Successful candidates will be expected to be confident in a variety of technologies but should consider themselves fully competent to be a technical lead in one or more of the following:
1. Integrate AI capabilities using Azure AI services, Copilot Studio, and custom AI models
2. Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents)
