About The Role
Chef de Partie at Bird & Signet, Glasgow Airport.
Pay Rate: £13.20 (+ an extra £1.5 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 am, totaling £14.7 per hour).
Shift Pattern: scheduled between 2 am and 11 pm
* Successful candidates will be required to provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations (air only).
* Applicants must be 18 years or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and will be required to handle and serve alcohol.
* At least xx years' experience in a similar high-volume kitchen role.
* Ability to commute to the airport as early as 2 am.
* Lonely working is required.
