The role includes covering PPA cover (Key stage 1 and 2) and delivering targeted interventions across EYFS and Key Stage 1. You will support teaching and learning, work closely with class teachers, and help maintain an inclusive environment. Experience of ‘Little Wandle’ phonics scheme is desirable, and being a team player with strong communication skills is essential. Requirements The desired Higher Level Teaching Assistant will have; Experience of working with primary school aged children. Experience of working with pupils with SEND. A passion for the progress of primary school pupils. An ability to work as part of a team.
