Responsibilities and scope include: taking responsibility for a specific part of the home and delivering the very best level of care; running the home in the absence of the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager; ensuring resident dignity and wellbeing; reporting mobility issues, collecting samples for monitoring, and administering medicines as required.
About You
In your role as a Clinical Unit Manager at HC One, you’ll value kindness above all. You will be a Registered Nurse with a valid Pin number and understand your professional standards as set by the NMC. You will have a passion to mentor and share knowledge with colleagues, provide support as a practice supervisor and assessor to students, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. You will advocate for a person-centred approach to care and understand safeguarding responsibilities; all colleagues must attend safeguarding training and report concerns as appropriate.
