SEN Behaviour Mentor
Primary SEMH Specialist School – Warrington – Up to £600 per week – Full-Time

A nurturing Primary SEMH specialist school in Warrington is seeking a committed SEN Behaviour Mentor to support pupils who require additional emotional and behavioural guidance. As a SEN Behaviour Mentor, you will work with children to regulate emotions, de-escalate challenging behaviour and deliver effective interventions.
The Role – SEN Behaviour Mentor
As a SEN Behaviour Mentor, you will work with pupils across KS1 and KS2, providing 1:1 and small-group support to help them engage with learning and develop positive routines.
A key aspect of this role is managing challenging behaviour through calm, structured approaches, helping pupils regulate their emotions and respond positively in the classroom. You will act as a reliable and positive role model, building strong relationships that support trust and progress.
You will be supporting pupils with needs such as SEMH, ADHD, Autism, and trauma-related behaviours, helping them overcome barriers and achieve both personal and academic growth.
