Job Description:
We’re currently seeking a highly skilled MIG/TIG Welder to join our client’s dynamic and growing fabrication team in Gainsborough.
If you have a strong background in welding and fabricating sheet metal products across various material thicknesses, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform MIG, TIG, and spot welding on a wide range of sheet metal components
* Work confidently with stainless steel and food-grade metals
* Fabricate, cut, bend, weld, and silver solder materials to a high standard
* Accurately interpret and work from engineering and manufacturing drawings
* Work within tight tolerances and maintain high standards of accuracy and detail
* Ensure all work meets internal quality and safety standards
What We’re Looking For:
* Experienced welder/fabricator with strong grounding in MIG, TIG, and spot welding
* Skilled in working with various material thicknesses
* Strong knowledge of working with stainless steel and food-safe materials
* Confident interpreting complex technical drawings
* Self-motivated, reliable, and adaptable team player
* Excellent attention to detail and high standards of workmanship
Compensation: £17.50 per hour
Hours: 39 hours per week
* Monday–Thursday: 7:30am–4:00pm
* Friday: 7:30am–3:00pm
Overtime available and paid at time and a half
Benefits: 25 days holiday + bank holidays
