Job Overview:
As the Northern Education Manager, you will oversee and manage a team of freelance educators, drive educational initiatives across the northern region, collaborate with distributor partners, and represent our brand in the field. The role involves international travel to engage with global markets and expand our educational programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Management: Lead, support, and motivate a team of freelance educators, ensuring high-quality educational delivery.
2. Partnership Collaboration: Work with distributor partners to strengthen relationships and maximize education initiatives.
3. Education Delivery: Oversee educational programmes, workshops, and events aligned with brand objectives.
4. Strategic Planning: Develop strategies to drive education-related sales and brand visibility.
5. International Travel: Represent the company and lead initiatives in international markets.
6. Reporting & Communication: Report to the Head of ASP Education on KPIs and feedback.
7. Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, communicating company values in educational settings.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role or as a brand educator in the hair industry.
* Relevant professional qualifications in Hair.
* Proven leadership skills in managing teams.
* Strong B2B experience with distributor partners.
* Deep knowledge of haircare products and techniques.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Willingness for international travel.
* Full driving license (company car provided).
