Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring high service standards and supporting long-term commercial success. Oversee and support the commercial and sales teams, providing leadership, guidance, and direction to maximise performance and profitability. Identify and secure new business opportunities, managing high-value pipelines and ensuring commercially sound contracts and proposals. Represent and promote the business across the UK, acting as a senior ambassador at client meetings, industry events, and internal forums. Requirements: Waste Management Sales / Business Development / Commercial Experience. Leadership Experience. Experience working for a Hazardous Waste Management company. Ability to bring business would be advantageous. Hold a full, clean, UK driving licence. Ability to commute between company sites across the UK.
