CIRCUIT ADMINISTRATOR
Part-time – 16 hours per week [0.4 FTE]
FTE Salary Range - £31,000 - £33,000*
Pro-rata Salary Range £12,400 - £13,200*
*dependent on experience
We are seeking to appoint a part-time experienced and capable administrator with the skills and attributes necessary to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the Staines & Feltham Circuit.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will work as part of a team with Circuit staff and leadership to support the work of the seven churches in the Circuit and be part of the team praying for the mission and ministry of the Circuit.
Responsibilities will cover areas of administration, communication, governance and compliance. A full job description and person specification are available as part of the application pack.
Details
This is a mainly office based role working at the Circuit office at Woodthorpe Methodist Church, Ashford, Middlesex. This post is for 16 hours per week to be worked flexibly by mutual agreement with the Superintendent Minister.
There is a genuine occupational requirement that the post-holder is a Christian and is sympathetic to the values, aims and ethos of the Methodist Church.
Applicants should hold a valid, full driving licence and be willing to travel to meetings at any of the churches in this small and friendly Circuit.
