Are you an experienced Financial Planning Administrator looking to join a forward-thinking, values-driven wealth management firm in central Leeds?
NJR Recruitment is supporting a well-established and growing independent financial planning practice as they look to appoint a dedicated Administrator to support their busy team of Advisers and Paraplanners. This role presents a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic business at an exciting time of growth and transformation.
About the Role:
You will play a key role in supporting the advice team, ensuring clients receive a consistently high level of service. Duties will include:
* Providing administrative support to Advisers, Directors and Paraplanners
* Acting as a friendly and professional first point of contact for clients
* Preparing documentation for client meetings and processing new business
* Handling provider communications and client queries
* Creating portfolio valuations and annual review packs
* Maintaining accurate records using the back-office system (Curo experience desirable)
About You:
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Experienced in financial planning administration (minimum 2 years)
* Organised, proactive and a confident communicator
* Knowledgeable in a range of financial services products
* Passionate about delivering excellent client service
* Keen to develop and progress within a growing team
The Package:
* Competitive salary up to £30,000 (depending on experience)
