Job Description Account Manager - Travel Representation
This award winning boutique travel PR & Marketing agency provide a bespoke representation service to a portfolio of clients, including tour operators & tourist boards. They are now looking for an Account Manager to join their successful team to promote overseas destinations to the UK travel industry. This is an exciting and varied role which involves working with travel trade partners and suppliers to promote the interests of assigned clients in all aspects of account management.
Account Manager – Role & Responsibilities:
In conjunction with Account Director, ensure smooth running of designated accounts, carrying out an agreed activity programme to achieve set goals and objectives.
Co-ordinate sales & training programmes, representing clients and pro-actively selling product & itinerary ideas to the trade at meetings, roadshows & events.
Research & implement promotional, joint marketing and sponsorship opportunities which align with clients brand values and objectives.
Manage assigned client's social media activities including postings, monitoring and reporting.
Co-ordinate and attend client events which include networking events, roadshows, exhibitions, consumer and trade shows to promote clients and their products.
