We are looking for service-driven individuals who will be responsible for driving sales by ensuring customer satisfaction through a high level of customer service within the daily tasks. Key tasks: Accurately processing customer orders, releasing to the warehouse and sending customer order confirmations Effectively dealing with customer queries and complaints in a timely manner ensuring customer satisfaction Managing the customer backorder queue by providing timely updates and liaising with Purchasing department Ensuring sales growth through achieving high levels of customer satisfaction Providing relevant feedback from clients to Sales Opportunities Co-ordinator where relevant to enhance opportunities and escalating issues/ providing client feedback for assisting future growth to Head of Sales as required. Identify, record escalate and highlight opportunities to improve sales. Special Skills / Knowledge / Abilities: Good IT skills with full competence within Microsoft 365 package, SAP Business One (preferred but not essential), webchat software (preferred but not essential) Quick thinker and good ability to problem solve. High level of attention to detail ensuring customer satisfaction and reducing non-conformances Willingness to understand a customer’s unspoken needs to be able to go above and beyond and deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction Ability to communicate effectively and clearly in all formats. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to demonstrate effective conflict resolution.
