The organisation has recently undergone a transformational change and are in an exciting period of growth and development. As a HR Advisor, your role will include: Coaching and supporting managers to be confident in HR practice by offering effective HR advice Managing a Performance and Capability employee caseload Supporting managers with the development of improvement plans, and participating in formal hearings and appeals as required Managing a long-term sickness caseload and supporting managers in welfare meetings, Occupational Health Referrals and phased returns Overseeing the recruitment policy and processes, sitting on interview panels and supporting the HR Team in the co-ordination of recruitment activity Overseeing and administering the organisations Staff Benefits Package Assisting the HR Manager during transformation projects The right person for this HR Advisor role will have previous experience in a similar role and ideally have a CIPD Level 5 qualification or working towards this.
