As a Volunteer Support Worker, you will work with older adults (65+) with complex substance use, physical health, mental health and social care needs. You will support the Older Adult Pathway Senior Recovery Worker with their specialist caseload as they provide age‑informed, evidence‑based interventions, while supporting colleagues and contributing to service quality and development.

This is a vital role in improving access, experience and outcomes for older adults affected by substance use.

* Recovery planning and onward referral
* Reducing drug and alcohol related harm to service users & the wider community
