About The Role
We're looking for an Image Retoucher to elevate the visual quality and consistency of Sisters & Seekers across every customer touchpoint — from website product imagery and campaign assets to organic and paid social content.
This role is all about flawless execution, speed, and attention to detail. You'll be responsible for ensuring imagery is clean, high-end, on-brand, and delivered on time for our always-on content engine and campaign calendar.
Key Responsibilities
Retouching & Image Enhancement:
* Retouch eCommerce and campaign imagery to a high-end, natural, premium finish
* Maintain consistent skin tone, garment colour accuracy, fabric texture, and lighting
* Remove distractions (creases, flyaways, marks, seams, dust) while preserving realism
* Deliver both clean product-standard edits and more stylised edits where required
Ecommerce Imagery & Website Readiness:
* Prepare imagery for PDP/collection use including:
* Ensure imagery supports conversion through clarity + consistency
* Maintain high standards across entire catalog imagery (including back-catalog updates)
Campaign & Content Support:
* Retouch key campaign shots for:
* Support fast-turnaround content for drops and trading peaks
File Management & Workflow Excellence:
* Organise retouched files with clean naming conventions + folder structures
* Maintain version control and ensure correct exports for each channel/platform
* Work closely with photographers, designers and marketing to hit deadlines
Brand Consistency & Quality Control:
* Protect the brand's aesthetic and "finish" across all imagery
* Flag when photography inputs need improvement (lighting, grading, composition)
* Support development of a consistent retouching style guide over time
About You
* Strong experience retouching fashion imagery (eCommerce + campaign)
* Advanced knowledge of:
* Excellent eye for lighting, tone, colour, skin texture, and fabric detail
* Strong organisation and ability to work at pace
* Detail-obsessed — you notice what others miss
* Calm under pressure and thrives in a fast-moving environment
* Proud of doing things properly (not just "getting it done")
* Strong ownership and proactive communication

* Adobe Photoshop (layers, masking, frequency separation, liquify, colour work)
* Lightroom / Capture One
* Hero banners
* Email marketing
* Paid social creative
* Lookbooks / editorial assets
* Cropping and alignment consistency
* Background cleanup / refinement
* Image sizing and exporting for web performance
Desirable
* Experience working in high-volume eCommerce environments
* Understanding of web export optimisation (file size vs quality)
* Knowledge of product imagery consistency requirements (PDP best practice)
* Comfort supporting social-first assets when needed
