At the core of this will be global expansion, particularly into the US market. As a newly created role, the Commercial Director will play an integral part in achieving this.
This role will address exciting challenges such as;
* Define and deliver an ambitious global strategy
* Drive revenue growth within the UK market and internationally
* Play a critical role in proposition and product innovation from concept through to execution
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders, with sensitivity to the cultural requirements of each market.

The package for this role is up to £150k plus bonus and LTIP but the real attraction is the scale of the growth opportunity and long term career development.
