As a Trainee Cover Supervisor, You Will
* Deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure a positive learning environment.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
* Support students with their learning and development.
* Work in a variety of secondary schools across Walsall and the surrounding areas.
* Gain invaluable classroom experience with full training and ongoing support.

About You
* A passion for education and working with young people.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* A degree (desirable but not essential) or relevant experience in coaching, tutoring, or mentoring.
* The ability to adapt to different classroom environments.
* An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
* All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
