Job Title: Arena F&B Operations Lead
Lead the Arena F&B operations team to deliver exceptional guest experience and commercial performance. Support the implementation of strategic initiatives aligned with the Arena F&B strategic plan. Ensure safety standards are met for both team members and guests. Demonstrate commercial value to your team, line manager, and leadership, in line with the One Compass vision, values, and business strategy.
1. Assist the Arena F&B General Manager in executing the strategic plan to achieve profitable growth by driving sales, ensuring operational efficiency, and controlling costs.
2. Create a premium guest experience across all touchpoints of their journey.
3. Foster a fun and vibrant environment for colleagues that enhances the customer experience.
4. Maintain SOP standards and seek new opportunities to improve the guest experience.
5. Manage key accounts for live event clients.
6. Identify and implement sales opportunities and cost-saving measures.
7. Monitor performance metrics, manage profit and loss, budgets, and sales forecasts to ensure operational excellence and profitability.
8. Support staffing and F&B ordering for events based on sales forecasts.
9. Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and licensing laws.
10. Coach management and team members to meet KPIs and uphold high standards.
11. Develop a positive working environment to attract and retain talent.
12. Build effective relationships with stakeholders.
13. Proven leadership experience in a similar operational role.
14. Strong commercial acumen with a track record of managing costs and opportunities.
15. Passion for delivering excellent guest experiences and maintaining standards.
16. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
17. Leadership experience in developing high-performing teams and driving change.
18. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
19. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
20. Personal License and DPS qualification are preferred but not essential.
