No formal teaching qualification yet? No problem. If you’ve got experience working with young people, a strong art background and the confidence to lead a class, you’ll fit right in.
What you’ll be doing:
Delivering engaging, hands-on lessons to KS3 and KS4 pupils
Inspiring students to explore different techniques, mediums and styles
Supporting lesson planning and prep alongside an experienced department
Encouraging young artists to experiment, create and believe in their talent
About you:
A degree or background in art, design, or a creative subject
Some experience working with children or young people (schools, clubs, workshops — all welcome)
Confident leading a classroom and adapting to students’ needs
Friendly, patient and keen to build positive relationships

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
