* Assisting with Daily Routines: Helping with the management of routines, including snack times, naps, and personal care
* Promoting Positive Behavior: Encouraging good behavior and guiding children to resolve conflicts peacefully
* Observing and Reporting Progress: Recording observations of children’s development and discussing them with senior staff, providing feedback on each child’s learning journey
