Role Purpose
To ensure the efficient, accurate, and up-to-date provision of clinical data with the support of the Endoscopy Pre-Assessment Nursing team. This data supports patient care, clinical governance, and service development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain high standards of data processing.
2. Provide excellent data processing support for the Pre-Assessment Nursing team, including data entry, surveillance of endoscopy procedures, follow-up on patient outcomes, scanning and verifying documents, filing, photocopying, and supporting general departmental administration.
Qualifications and Requirements
This role requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership or record. If not currently a member, an application must be made to Disclosure Scotland and deemed satisfactory before starting.
Due to legislative changes from 1 April 2025, this post may require a different level of criminal records check. If classified as a "regulated role," the appointment will be subject to joining the PVG Scheme. Any updates will be confirmed by the Hiring Manager or Recruitment Team. Additional Information
This is a part-time position; therefore, the salary will be pro-rata.
