Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Internal Sales Manager, located in Hatfield, Hertfordshire. The Internal Sales Manager will oversee daily inside sales operations, focusing on account management and
existing customer growth
. This role involves interacting with clients, managing sales pipelines, generating business growth, and maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.
Qualifications
* Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
* Customer Satisfaction and Account Management skills
* Sales proficiency and the ability to meet sales targets
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
* Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools is beneficial
* Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus
