Job Title: Purchasing Administrator

We are looking for a highly organised Purchasing Administrator to join our team based in Sheffield.
About the role:
This role supports day-to-day purchasing operations, ensuring orders, stock, and supplier queries are managed accurately and efficiently. While previous purchasing experience would be a benefit this is not a pre-requisite for the role. We are looking for someone who is confident working with numbers, highly detail-focused, and naturally inquisitive.
Your responsibilities will include (but aren't limited to):
1. Raising purchase orders via the in-house ERP system
2. Managing the purchasing inbox
3. Monitoring stock levels and identifying requirement
4. Buying from an established supplier base
5. Updating internal systems with order details
6. Tracking orders to ensure on-time delivery
