Our client is a well established firm and provides Financial Planning to both individuals and corporate clients. Due to on going success, they require a Qualified Paraplanner to join the team in St Albans.
Key duties will include:
* Prepare suitability reports in line with client objectives and as agreed with the adviser.
* Either post or email the report to the clients (as directed by Adviser) and monitor the response.
* Ensure all relevant compliance paperwork has been obtained and stored in the appropriate place.
* Ensure that accurate and relevant paperwork and documentation is collated and ready for adviser meetings.
* Use online systems and portals for illustration generation, application processing etc. and obtaining product literature where required.
* Process client recommendations and proactively take action to chase information and decisions from product providers on behalf of the client.
* Carry out technical research as part of the client’s existing arrangement review process.
* Maintain core systems ensuring that all tasks are carried out and completed in line with the company policy and procedures.
* Maintain awareness of, and act in accordance with, all Compliance and legislative obligations.
* Provide accurate support the Financial Advisers ensuring they are prepared for client meetings, managing client expectations and demonstrate how our services meet their personal and financial needs.
For this role candidates must have previous experience at this level and be a minimum of level 4 but ideally Chartered.
