Service Change Manager
As a Service Change Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the IT change schedule across Infrastructure and Cloud teams. You will lead collaboration with key stakeholders, oversee demand and capacity reviews, identify and manage risks and issues, and ensure successful delivery of service changes using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
You will also communicate upcoming IT changes to stakeholders and end users through effective communication plans and support materials. Additionally, you will create management reports that track progress against goals, deliverables, and planning.
The role involves supporting the business-as-usual delivery of enterprise and managed infrastructure services, ensuring all IT services are supported by a stable and secure technical infrastructure, and managing operational supplier assurance, service compliance, and financial performance.
Qualifications and Experience
* Experience in leading/supporting IT service changes
* Service management experience, including working with outsourced providers
* Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
Desirable Skills
* ITIL V4 Foundation certification
* Knowledge of Infrastructure Service Management
* Experience with Agile and Scrum ways of working
