Our client is searching for a driven, talented and self-motivated Private Client Solicitor based locally or commutable to their Northampton office to manage the less complex wills, probates and lasting powers of attorney matters. The Role You will be responsible for managing a broad caseload of private client matters including: Preparation of Wills and probates Preparation of Powers of Attorney to include registration of EPAs and LPAs Administration of taxable and non taxable estates; Identifying trust administration requirements You will be joining a firm with a long standing, strong reputation for outstanding expertise and a focussed commitment to providing a quality, inclusive and personal legal service to all clients.
