Head of Sales – Premium Consumer Products
West Midlands (Hybrid, 1–2 days on site)
£50-60k + Car + Excellent Bonus & Benefits
I am supporting a long‑established international consumer business as it strengthens its UK commercial team and builds a toy division. The company has a portfolio of premium products across toys, nursery and gifting, and is now looking for a Head of Sales to lead growth across national retail, online channels and the independent sector.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys opening new doors, building retailer relationships and shaping a clear, commercially led sales plan for the UK market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and grow national retail relationships
* Secure new premium, lifestyle, gifting and online partners
* Shape and refine the UK product range from a wider global portfolio
* Lead and develop a team of 5 sales agents
* Build a structured approach to forecasting, pricing and promotional planning
* Work closely with a collaborative senior leadership team
