Health & Safety Assistant (Part‑Time) 1–2 Days per Week – Salary: Negotiable
We are looking for a proactive and detail‑focused Health & Safety Assistant to support our team on a part‑time basis. This role is ideal for someone with a strong awareness of workplace health and safety who enjoys ensuring high standards and helping create a safe, compliant working environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the implementation and monitoring of health & safety policies and procedures
* Assist with workplace inspections, audits, and risk assessments
* Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
* Help ensure compliance with current legislation and company standards
* Provide general support to the Health & Safety Lead/Manager
* Promote a positive safety culture across the business
What We're Looking For
* Strong awareness and understanding of workplace health & safety
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Confident communicator with a proactive approach
* Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
* Previous experience in a health & safety role is desirable but not essential
Hours & Salary
1–2 days per week (flexible scheduling available)
Salary negotiable, depending on experience
