Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site position located in Louth for a Holiday Home Sales Manager. The Holiday Home Sales Manager will oversee and manage sales operations, including driving sales performance, setting team targets, facilitating excellent customer service, and ensuring high guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include analysing sales data, leading staff development, crafting sales strategies, and collaborating with other departments to streamline processes. The role will also involve maintaining compliance with company policies and promoting a motivating team culture.

* Sales Management, Target Setting, and Driving Revenue Growth experience
* Team Leadership and Development, including mentoring and motivating staff
* Customer Service and Guest Satisfaction expertise
* Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
* Data Analysis and Strategy Development proficiency
* Strong organisational, problem‑solving, and adaptability skills
* Proficiency in using sales and management software
* Experience in the travel, leisure, or hospitality industry is an advantage
* Capability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast‑paced environment
