Job Description:
Dawsons Auctioneers is seeking a highly skilled, and experienced Digital Creator to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, the successful candidate will have a proven background in managing company social media accounts, including paid social media advertising, and a track record of growing a YouTube channel. This role requires an energetic and creative individual with a strong aptitude for content creation and digital marketing, capable of working closely with our specialists in jewellery, art, and collectables to produce engaging content for various marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee all company social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
* Develop and implement strategies to grow our YouTube channel and enhance engagement across all social media platforms.
* Create compelling content that showcases our expertise in jewellery, art, and antiques.
* Utilise your proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro, to edit and assemble video content, create graphic designs, and produce high-quality marketing materials.
* Own and grow the company's podcast channel.
* Analyse performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in managing social media accounts and growing a YouTube channel.
* Highly proficient skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
* Strong background in content creation, with the ability to produce engaging and visually appealing materials.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
* Knowledge of / or an interest in the art, jewellery, and collectables industry is a plus.
* Two years' experience with Meta Ads Manager.
Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in marketing (preferred), Communications, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a marketing role.
