About the Role
Join Nottinghamshire's Community Nursing teams and make a difference! We are looking for kind, caring, and compassionate nurses for our B5 vacancies. Whether you have community experience or not, we welcome you to be part of our supportive and highly encouraging team.
Our service operates from 8am to 8pm, seven days a week, offering flexibility in working hours. An additional team of Nurses and HCAs offers a robust, reactive evening and night nursing team.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide skilled nursing care and support the team to deliver high‑quality integrated care.
* Work flexibly across the community to maintain seamless patient care.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experienced registered adult nurse.
* Expertise in wound care, palliative care, continence care and caring for patients with long‑term conditions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; adaptable, reliable, resourceful and approachable.
Benefits & Information
Applicants will be required to pay for their DBS check. Costs (£26.40 standard or £54.40 enhanced) are deducted from salary over the first two months of employment.
