Sales Administrator - Cookstown - PermanentWe’re excited to be recruiting a Front of House Sales Administrator to join our client's dynamic and growing team at their Cookstown location. This is a varied position that combines two key areas of responsibility. The primary focus is on processing new sales orders and maintaining excellent communication with both internal teams and external customers. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload are essential.The role also includes Front of House duties such as answering calls, welcoming visitors, handling post, and general reception tasks. A proactive attitude and a willingness to take initiative are vital for success in this role.
Responsibilities
* Email Management: Managing the sales mailbox and ensuring timely responses
* Order Processing: Processing new sales orders and making amendments to existing ones
* Liaison with Logistics & Factory: Working closely with the factory and dispatch teams to coordinate deliveries
* Data Management: Keeping client records accurate and up to date, ensuring GDPR compliance
* Customer Service: Providing proactive and professional support to both internal and external customers, handling queries promptly
* Reception & Support Duties: Covering reception as needed, answering calls, greeting visitors, managing post, and supporting other admin tasks as required
Skills and Qualifications
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced sales and manufacturing environment
* Proactive approach to supporting daily office operations
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service within a busy sales environment
* At least 1 year of order processing experience in a similar setting
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and confident using databases
* Strong problem-solving abilities with a practical and solution-focused mindset
* Process-oriented with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
