Clinical Educator Support – Responsibilities
* Work alongside the Clinical Educator and Department Manager to ensure all training needs for staff are met.
* Support the development of the nursing team, deliver high quality evidence based care and identify and action areas of training and development required within the Department.
* Help ensure the Department has staff trained to deliver high quality patient centred care.
* Support all areas of the unit and demonstrate excellent standards.
Qualifications
* Demonstrate excellent standards and be willing to support all areas of the unit.
* Have leadership skills to support the Department and its Senior Team.
