Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for an Engineering and Technical Customer Service Advisor on a full time and permanent basis for our client based on the outskirts of Loughborough, Leicestershire.

Hours: Monday to Friday

About the Role:

The Engineering and Technical Customer Service Advisor will provide effective engineering and technical support to distributors and end users in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

* Investigate and Diagnose machines issues with an aim resolve where possible over the phone or via email.
* Process warranty returns.
* Assist in attending customer sites to carry out routine service and breakdown repairs.
* Progress and chase customer escalations to resolution
* Liaise and support various departments.
* Ad hoc projects as assigned
* Adhere to regulatory requirements including ISO19001

About you:

* Experienced in customer services
* A good general knowledge of engineering practices
* Practical experience and knowledge of products spares and servicing
* Practical experience of warranties.
