Lead Principal Designer – High-Rise Residential London | Hybrid Working Carriera is partnering with a true leader in the residential construction sector to recruit a Lead Principal Designer specialising in Building Regulations for high-rise buildings (HRBs). This is a senior role for an experienced professional who has a proven track record of taking projects through to Gateway 2 and thrives in a leadership capacity. The Role You will lead a highly skilled team of three Building Regulations / Principal Designers, overseeing the design management and compliance of high-rise residential projects. Acting as the go-to expert on building regulations, you will provide strategic oversight, ensure design quality, and mentor your team while liaising directly with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
