We have an exciting new role for a Territory Sales Manager who will be responsible for maximising profitable revenue across all income streams by winning new Territory Sales business and retaining and developing existing business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and grow revenue from a portfolio of existing customer accounts across all SBR business units.
2. Develop new business opportunities within a defined geographic territory across all SBR business units.
3. Maintain and grow revenue at site, office, and project level within a defined geographic territory across all SBR business units.
4. Support SBR National Accounts team with local representation at Site, Office & Project level within the defined geographic territory as necessary.

You will be responsible for covering Cambridgeshire and Colchester.

To succeed in this role, you will bring the following skills and behaviors:

* Experience of developing effective customer relationships, generating business growth, and winning and developing new business.
* Experience in plant hire or the construction industry.
* Track record in developing and implementing SLAs and delivering customer service in line with SLAs.
* Proven ability to improve account portfolios with measurable results.
* Excellent influencing and negotiation skills, with superior networking abilities.
* A strategic approach, balancing daily activities with long-term objectives.
* An innovative mindset capable of quickly exploiting business opportunities.
* A high level of personal drive and motivation to achieve challenging targets.
