As HR & Accounts Assistant, you'll play a key part in the day-to-day operations of the business, supporting both human resources and finance functions. Key Responsibilities: HR Support Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and staff records Coordinating absence and holiday tracking Supporting internal communications and staff well-being initiatives Maintaining confidentiality and compliance with employment legislation Accounts Support Assisting with processing invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations Supporting month-end reporting Handling expense claims and payroll prep Working closely with the Accounts Manager and external providers What We're Looking For: Previous experience in HR or accounts (or both!) within a professional services or legal environment Strong administrative and organisational skills Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information Confident working in a small team and taking initiative Why Apply?
