As the Senior Occupational Health Advisor, you will work collaboratively with the Head of Occupational Health to develop, monitor, and review occupational health needs and relevant organisational policies and procedures to ensure they are fit for purpose and legally compliant.

Typical day includes:
* Supporting the Head of Occupational Health and deputising as needed
* Practising autonomously, liaising with OH Co-ordinator
* Attending DHU sites approximately once a month, with remote work predominantly
* Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies
* Providing advice on care practices, delivery, and service development
* Participating in team meetings and clinical supervision
* Working on management referrals, case reviews, telehealth consultations, assessments, and reports
* Offering mentorship, leadership, and training to team members
Requirements for success:
* Evidence of autonomous practice, identifying occupational diseases and risk factors
* Experience in nurse-led clinics, policy development, or SEQOHS accreditation
* Experience in handling complex case management
* Ability to complete clinical histories and provide expert opinions
* Awareness of current developments in integrated care
