Purpose of role
Lawes Consulting Group is currently partnering with a key client who, due to continued growth, is seeking Claims Associates to join their team in London. As a Claims Associate, you will be responsible for processing and managing claims related to Directors & Officers, Financial Institutions, and Professional Indemnity.
You will work closely with the claims team to ensure a timely and efficient claims process while providing exceptional customer service to clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Process and manage claims related to Directors & Officers, Financial Institutions, and Professional Indemnity
* Analyse claim documents and gather necessary information to make accurate claim assessments
* Communicate with clients, third-party administrators, and legal teams to gather additional claim information
* Collaborate with the claims team to ensure timely and accurate claims processing
* Maintain claim records and documentation in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing claim-related inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
DAY-TO-DAY
* Reviewing and processing incoming claims related to Directors & Officers, Financial Institutions, and Professional Indemnity
* Communicating with clients, third-party administrators, and legal teams to gather necessary claim information
* Collaborating with the claims team to ensure efficient and accurate claims processing
* Maintaining claim records and documentation in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients by addressing claim-related inquiries and concerns
