Job Title Stores Chargehand | Location Belfast Shift pattern: Monday Friday, 6am 4pm So whats it all about? As our next Stores Chargehand, you will thrive in an environment where accuracy is key and will enjoy working within a wider team in a fast-paced environment. Working with a team in the stores you will be responsible for the control of all day to day aspects of the store to include flour, ingredients, bulk deliveries, packaging and maintaining controlled stock rotation. To succeed in this role, it is essential to maintain a high standard of quality in all aspects of the role. This role isnt for someone who is unable to pay close attention to detail or use their initiative. As part of this role, you will undertake cross-functional training, including working within the Ingredient Weigh Up team. As our next Stores Chargehand, you will take real pride in your work and will play a crucial role in ensuring that we produce a consistent quality product to the right standards. The Key Requirements Good IT skills Experience within a warehouse environment Youll have a willing, positive attitude with good attention to detail Ability to follow standard operating procedures An ability to follow safe working practices in line with food safety, and health and safety A forklift license and/or hand pallet truck trained would be desirable Well provide you with opportunities to learn new skills, grow and develop and we aim to provide our colleagues with a job for life!
