Teacher Needed for Outstanding SEMH/ASC Secondary School Redhill area. January start or sooner for the right SEN Teacher

My client specialist school for students aged 11-18 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, are seeking an experienced SEN Teacher with a specialist subject and engaging curriculum that meets them where they are - both academically and emotionally.
Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver high-quality, personalised lessons
* Support pupils' social and emotional development through a therapeutic, trauma-informed approach
* Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, support staff
* Use a flexible and inclusive teaching style that promotes positive behaviour and emotional well-being
* Build strong, trusting relationships with students who may have experienced disrupted learning or trauma
Qualifications
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) - Primary or Secondary trained welcome
* Experience (or a strong interest) in working with pupils with SEMH and ASC/ADHD
* A calm, consistent and caring approach
* A sense of humour, patience and the ability to inspire learners
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills
