About the role
As an Administration Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the office and assisting both the administration and recruitment teams. This role would suit someone who is organised, professional, eager to learn, and confident communicating with a variety of people.
You will be working within a busy office environment where no two days are the same, gaining experience across a wide range of administrative duties while developing your organisation and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Providing day-to-day support to the Administration Team Lead
• Handling incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries appropriately
• Assisting contractors with queries relating to timesheets, contracts, holidays and general admin matters
• Supporting the recruitment team with administrative tasks and documentation
