We have a fantastic opportunity to join us at Havant and East Hants Mind and lead our Workplace Wellbeing and Training Team. The Workplace Wellbeing and Training Manager is responsible for leading and developing the team for continued success working with workplaces in the local and wider community. We partner with workplaces to offer mental health support and to promote wellbeing for their employees. We also offer a range of engaging training courses to help workplaces educate their employees around mental health issues and topics.
The Wellbeing Workplace and Training Manager will maintain consistency and ensure high standards are met across the team and that our services are delivered with exceptional quality.
Working with the Director of Business Development, the Workplace Wellbeing and Training Manager will be an ambassador for HEH Mind, liaising with our partners, and networking in the wider community to generate business and promote our services.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated, and empathetic person to come and join us, you must be a confident communicator and be able to connect with potential partners and business leaders. You will have previous line management experience and will promote our charity's values and culture of kindness and compassion.

This role is part time for 20 hours per week and the actual salary is £17,816.22
