Purchasing Manager – Grantham - £45,000 - £50,000
Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a well-established engineering business in Grantham who are looking to recruit Purchasing Manager.

The Role
As Purchasing Manager, you will take responsibility for the company’s procurement activities, overseeing a global supply chain. This key role will see you lead a small team and ensure the supply of materials, components and services to meet production needs.
Key Responsibilities include:
1. Developing and delivering procurement strategies aligned with business goals and cost targets
2. Managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring best value on quality, cost and lead times
3. Overseeing purchase orders, supplier performance and compliance with standards and regulations
4. Collaborating with design, planning, quality and production teams to support new product introductions and meet demand forecasts
5. Analysing spend, identifying cost saving opportunities and mitigating supply chain risks
