What You'll Be Doing - Real-Time Communication Convert spoken words into text instantly and accurately. Support Relay UK calls, Directory Enquiries (118500), and more. - Communicating With Care Stay calm, patient, and empathetic, especially during difficult or emotional calls. Provide a reliable lifeline for users who depend on you. - Attention to Detail Your precision keeps conversations flowing smoothly. Your accuracy ensures clarity and safety, especially in urgent situations. What We’re Looking For - Outstanding Typing Skills (Essential) You MUST type 50 WPM at 98% accuracy.
