Role Overview:
Do you have a passion for training? Are you organized and self-sufficient? Join our Field Services training team as a Training Co-ordinator, playing a key role in its operation.
Responsibilities:
* Arrange training for engineers when renewals are needed
* Update learner records on registration systems
* Organize new starter inductions, ensuring materials are prepared and communications sent
* Raise purchase orders for training materials
* Support reception duties, greeting visitors and assisting with access
Candidate Profile:
Approachable, confident, with excellent communication skills. Experience on a reception desk and proficiency in IT systems like Microsoft Office and learner management systems are advantageous. Flexibility, proactivity, and strong time management are essential. Security vetting may be required due to access to sensitive information.
