Overview
Care Coordinator – Oxford and Bicester at Bluehaus Creative. This role supports client care by organising schedules based on client call times and care professional availability, and by maintaining effective communication with staff, clients, families, and professionals. The position is based in Oxford and Bicester with opportunities for professional growth within our expanding home care service.
Note: This role is initially 90% service-based and will involve covering care calls as required. It will become more office-based as the service grows.
What will you do?
* Produce weekly rotas and care scheduling to ensure adequate provision of care
* Undertake regular care visits, including availability for evenings and weekends when needed
* Daily troubleshooting and problem solving
* Manage staff absence, allocate calls, and cancel care calls when necessary
* Assist in the training and induction of new team members
* Facilitate continuous and reliable service delivery for Good Oaks
