We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to work directly alongside the owner.
This role is perfect for someone who is looking to gain hands-on experience in the carpet cleaning industry and who has aspirations to grow with the company.
With an aim of running your own van for the company after full training.
Responsibilities:
Assist the owner with daily operations and management of carpet cleaning jobs.
Coordinate and schedule appointments with clients.
Perform carpet cleaning tasks, including pre-treatment, cleaning, and post-cleaning inspections.
Manage inventory and ensure all equipment is properly maintained.Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Assist in marketing efforts, including social media and community outreach.
Help develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency.
Requirements:
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record preffered but not essential.
Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment.
