About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a small but expanding Lower School team, currently comprising two primary classes (Years 5 & 6), with a unique model that also supports Year 7 students transitioning into secondary education. You will oversee three teachers and one LSA, working closely with the pastoral team to ensure a nurturing and structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the Lower School team, fostering a collaborative and reflective teaching culture
2. Design and implement a bespoke curriculum that supports both academic progress and social-emotional development
3. Work closely with the Head of Curriculum and other department leads to ensure continuity from KS2 to KS3
