Overview
You will be an integral member of the team supporting and leading elements of our Employee Relations projects in line with both the HR Service Plan and the University's People Plan.
Responsibilities
* Undertake a portfolio of complex case work within Employee Relations.
* Work closely with other Employee Relations and Human Resources colleagues to provide a proactive service, using insight and analysis of people data to target your support.
* Build relationships with line managers and other key stakeholders, including Trade Union colleagues, across the University to ensure you are able to effectively advise and influence at all levels and you will build their capability through training, coaching and upskilling.
* Play a key role in the continuous improvement and development of our HR policies and procedures.
